The API PRO Job Monitor is a comprehensive tool designed for the management and oversight of work orders within maintenance organizations. It offers functionalities that facilitate efficient tracking and handling of maintenance tasks.

The system allows users to filter and display work orders based on specific criteria such as plant location, department, or individual personnel, thereby enhancing operational visibility. Work orders can be created, initiated, paused, and marked as completed directly through the application. Additionally, photographic evidence from an iPhone can be attached to support documentation.

The application now incorporates inspection activities that are linked or controlled by specific work orders. When operating offline, inspection tasks can be commenced concurrently with the start of the corresponding work order, streamlining inspection processes.

Stock removal procedures can be managed using inventory control data integrated within the system, promoting accuracy in material handling. Documents related to maintenance objects and work instructions are accessible within the app, with download options available for offline reference.

The scan button in the job monitor provides quick filtering capabilities, displaying work orders associated with scanned maintenance objects for rapid access.

To utilize these features effectively, a live connection to an API PRO EAM/CMMS system is required, ensuring synchronization and data consistency across maintenance operations.
